James Maunder, the founder of Maunder Marketing graduated from Swansea University in 2014 after studying Marketing and Advertising for 3 years. James was approached by an online marketing company based in Cardiff to become the only member of the marketing department in the firm and working closely with the owners.
James implemented marketing strategies and created content to turn leads into high end business coaching clients earning the company over $3.2 million in 2015.
In the 12 months of working in the company a further 16 employees were hired and the company went onto rank in the top 1000 of the fastest growing companies in America featuring in the official Inc 5000 list.
In January 2016, James became the head of marketing at The Launch Express.

This proved a huge success with over $2 million dollars generated for clients and internal software launches.
